Finding a mid century design house in Orange county is difficult because most of the development took place here in the 70s, 80s and 90s, accounting for the huge swathes of tract housing. I dream to someday be able to rehab a mid century house, but in the meantime, I can only follow the adventures of others rehabbing their mid century houses in magazines such as Dwell. Here is a recent project form their website which is beautiful, both in terms of architecture and interior design.
